I LOVE
to cook! I started
cooking at a very young age and earned my Culinary Arts
Degree about 15 years ago. Over the years I’ve fielded
many questions on pantry basics, ingredient substitutions,
portions size - and not nearly often enough food safety. All
of these have pretty simple answers and solutions. For most,
it is a case of not knowing where to look and as a result
they call me!
So,
if you can't call me, I'll summarize it all here. We’ll
cover safe food handling and storage practices, how to stock a
pantry and a fridge. Basic cooking methods, healthy foods,
